Scan for Samsung TVs + Add TV Manually

First power-off to each TV requires accepting a pairing prompt on the TV screen. Power-on uses Wake-on-LAN (MAC required).

Scan for LG TVs + Add TV Manually

Requires a Pre-Shared Key set on each TV: Settings → Network → Home Network → IP Control → Authentication: Normal + PSK → set PSK. Enter the same PSK per TV below.

Scan for Sony TVs + Add TV Manually

No pairing needed. Requires "Control by mobile apps" enabled on each TV (Settings → System → Advanced system settings → Control by mobile apps → Enabled). Power-on uses WoL + ECP Fast Start.

Scan for Roku TVs + Add TV Manually

Uses ADB on port 5555. On each TV: Settings → System → About → click Build 7 times to enable Developer Options → Settings → System → Developer Options → ADB debugging = ON. First connection prompts on the TV screen to authorize the Pi — select Allow. Power-on uses WoL if MAC is set; power-off uses ADB KEYCODE_POWER. Requires adb installed on the Pi (sudo apt install android-tools-adb).

Scan for Google TVs + Add TV Manually

First time per TV: add or scan the TV, then click "Pair" — the TV will show a 4-digit PIN. Enter it in the prompt to save the auth token. Power-on uses Wake-on-LAN (enable "Quick Start" / "Eco Mode: Off" on the TV).

Scan for Vizio TVs + Add TV Manually

Sonos plays audio over SOAP on port 1400. Enter the Sonos network's subnet and scan, or add a zone by IP. The controller must be able to reach the Sonos network.

WiiM amplifier for background music control. Uses LinkPlay API over HTTPS.
